Greetings, seeker, and welcome to the Skyhaven Adoption Hunt! Here, you can find information on creatures and beings found in this special area of Skyhaven Adoptions. You will have access to this Guide in most areas of the Hunt - simply click on the picture of the Field Guide at the bottom of the page to come here, and use your browser's Back button to go back where you came from. It can provide helpful hints for finding and identifying various creatures and beings you encounter in the Hunt.
The Field Guide is organized much like the Official Guide to Skyhaven Creatures in the Skyhaven Keep Library:
An image (when available) and a brief Terran ("real-world") history follows in italics.
Origins
Where the creature/being originally came from.
Habitat
Where they live.
Feeding
What/how they eat.
Life Cycle
How long they live, how often they reproduce, etc.
Culture (Where Applicable)
In the case of beings, some notes about their native culture and/or beliefs.
Temperament
The general personality of the creature/being.
Magical Traits
Most creatures and beings here have some magical skill or gift (and often a
particular weakness.)
Other Notes
Anything not covered by the other categories, yet worth noting.

You are also free to disregard this information when setting up your own home for your adoptables; this section is mainly here to serve as a springboard for ideas.
