Description
Grammar. Everyone ought to learn it, but nobody wants to teach it. Good grammar makes for better communication, but who wants to learn all those dry, outmoded, nitpicky rules? And who really cares about style anymore? This book offers easy lessons in basic grammar and style.
Review
The information here is good, but the presentation is lousy. People with much shorter attention spans than I might enjoy it, though they might be put off by some of the tangents, such as page after page of "memory tricks" for proper spellings of commonly confused words. If this is the only grammar book you can find, you might want to try it, but I'd keep browsing if I were you.
